At Olfeya, every piece is created to bring a calm, refined atmosphere into your space.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

You may be asked to provide photos for verification.

2. Change of Mind

At Olfeya, each fragrance is designed as a considered, sensory experience.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, whether products are opened or unopened.

We encourage our customers to make thoughtful, intentional selections before purchasing, using our scent descriptions and guidance to find what best suits their space.

3. Scent Preference

Each Olfeya fragrance is carefully composed to create a distinct atmosphere, and scent perception can vary from person to person.

Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on scent preference once a product has been opened.

To help you choose with confidence, we provide detailed scent notes and descriptions for every fragrance.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
